Check Valve
Check Valve in its own design to prevent the reversal of flow along the pipe line. It operates automatically and keeps the flow in one direction but follows the flow in other respects. There are 3 types, namely Ball Check, Swing Check and Automatic Control Valve.There are different types of Check Valve, namely the selection of the main type depending on temperature, pressure can be entered and cleanliness of the liquid.
Check Valve bends are used in low-speed fluids where flow reversals are rare, they are run on a unidirectional system with a gete valve. The main characteristic of the Swing Check Valve is to have minimum resistance flowing, from low speed and rarely change direction.
Construction of the main parts of the swing check valve is the body, discs, swingpin and cap.
The two types of discs used in the Swing Check Valve are the metal and the arrangement. Metal discs can be used in Y and Straight-Through
patterns. The arrangement of discs is better for streams that contain outside particles.
